We have started migrating some of our Private Instance websites to our new hosting platform. This is a gradual process, and we will take steps to ensure that each site is performing normally and with full functionality after the migration. As part of this process, we will be updating the WordPress versions on these sites to version 5.4.2, and performing various plug-in updates. There will be no impact on site availability or functionality during this time.

Once each site is successfully migrated, we will be in touch with each client to provide more information on the new platform.

Due to the Thai public holiday on October 23rd and the weekend from October 24th through October 25th, there may be delays in our first reply times and overall ticket resolution times.
